Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field

Experience:
1–3 years of experience in student admissions, educational counseling, or customer advisory roles

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advising and counseling prospective students
Data entry and record management
Relationship building with parents and students
Marketing awareness and outreach capabilities

Qualifications:

Ability to provide accurate program information and guidance
Experience coordinating admissions and supporting enrollment processes
Proficiency with CRM or student management systems
Organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students and parents through the admission process
Provide detailed information about programs, fees, and policies
Maintain accurate records of inquiries and applications
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to support enrollment targets
Participate in outreach and recruitment events
Promote the institution’s values and programs to prospective families
