Job Overview:

The Electronics Engineer / Foreman will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize electronic systems in industrial environments, including UPS, welding machines, VFD drives, and AC/DC drives. The role requires strong hands-on experience and leadership skills to maintain efficient plant operations.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field preferred

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in industrial electronics and maintenance

Skills:

• Repair and maintenance of UPS & welding machines

• PCB-level troubleshooting and repairs

• Experience with VFD drives and AC/DC drives

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills

• Ability to supervise and guide junior technicians

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (preferred)

• Proven experience in industrial electronics maintenance

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair UPS, welding machines, and electronic systems

• Conduct PCB-level repairs and maintenance

• Monitor and optimize VFD drives and AC/DC drive operations

• Supervise and mentor junior technicians and operators

• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports
