Key Responsibilities:

These responders are responsible for configuring and maintaining computer hardware, network devices, printers, scanners and other IT devices, as well as providing technical support by resolving hardware, software and network related issues in a timely manner. This role includes performing software installation, settings and updates, supporting new software releases,This includes monitoring computer systems and networks to determine performance, reliability, and trustworthiness. Furthermore, responsibilities also include managing user accounts, access and permissions, maintaining accurate records of IT inventory, equipment used, and software licenses, and preparing appropriate technical documentation as required by the organization.
