Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring Sales Manager for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee sales operations within the assigned geographical territory/region.
– Drive new business development and customer acquisition in the plastics and packaging sector within the designated region.
– Identify and explore new markets and prospective customers to expand the business portfolio.
– Develop and execute robust action plans with a strong focus on increasing sales from new customer accounts.
– Collaborate closely with the business/function head to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of action plans.
– Identify, escalate, and support resolution of business or enterprise-level issues arising from sales initiatives.
– Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
– Monitor customer orders, ensure timely execution, and follow up on payments.
– Provide accurate sales forecasts and Lost Volume (LV) analysis for targeted product segments, with a focus on improving forecast accuracy.
– Grow business with new customers while strengthening existing relationships, ensuring achievement of budgeted Contribution Margin (CM).
– Maintain regular customer engagement to deliver high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
