Lead Designer
Service Sales Corporation (Pvt.) Limited is looking for highly creative and talented Footwear Designers to join NDURE. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong fashion background, a passion for innovative footwear design and the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful product ranges.

Key Responsibilities

To fully supervise the design of footwear for a given category, from idea to development.

To prepare shoe samples, sketches and idea boards according to the style of the brand.

To research new, color, material and design trends and incorporate them into the design.

Calculating the cost of each design, such as materials, buckles and manufacturing methods.

Working closely with the production and sourcing team to ensure that products are of good quality and easy to manufacture.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Design or Fashion Design.
-6-8 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and range development.
-Strong understanding of color trends, patterns, materials, and footwear aesthetics.
-Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects.
