Qualification & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering

   

• 4 years of on-the-job experience in building ERP systems is a must.

   

• Oracle Apex, SQL and report creation are useful.

   

• Experience working on HR systems is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running and maintaining the ERP HR system.

   

• Setting up the HR approval system.

   

• Creating simple HR reports.

   

• Controlling user access and passwords.

   

• Salary gifting.

   

• Updating and testing the system.

   

• Training and assisting staff in using the system.

Skills Required:

• Good understanding of HR functions such as payroll, attendance, recruitment, performance and training

   

• Experience in creating reports and dashboards and understanding data.

   

• Experience in integrating ERP with remote systems and automation

   

• Ability to understand problems and act quickly.

   

• Good communication and collaboration between HR and technical teams.
