Position: Marketing Manager

Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. Master’s degree or professional marketing certification preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing and brand management.
Specialized Experience: Strong experience in website management, WhatsApp marketing tools, and digital advertising platforms.
Leadership: Experience managing marketing teams preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel regularly to the resort and the Lahore office.
Summary of Responsibilities
Drive more visitors and increase sales of activities through marketing campaigns.
Keep the brand strong and consistent across all platforms.
Convert online inquiries into customers.
Drive resort revenue through special offers and promotions.
Align the marketing plan with the resort’s on-the-ground operations.
Skills
Good understanding of digital marketing and its systems.
Able to understand the results of campaigns by looking at data.
Able to plan content and work with a creative team.
Able to communicate and present effectively.
Experience working with vendors and agencies.
Able to integrate marketing with business operations.

Location: Malam Jabba Ski Resort
Requirement: Must be willing to reside full-time at Malam Jabba Resort
Requirements & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Preference: Professional accounting qualification or articles experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, audit, compliance, or internal control roles.
Mandatory: Previous hands-on experience in the accounts department is mandatory.
Desired Industry: Experience in hospitality, resorts, or extensive operational facilities strongly preferred.
Summary of Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and verifiable records of all company assets.
Tag and track all assets.
Strictly enforce company SOPs.
Monitor daily resort activities.
Prevent loss or misuse of assets.
Maintain a strong store and stock system.
Skills
Good at accounting and bookkeeping.
Must be able to pay attention to even the smallest details and keep papers organized.
Must have good ability to audit and check.
Must be able to enforce principles with confidence.
Must be able to speak confidently to people of both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Excel and Google Sheets are heaven.

Encouraging guests to participate in activities from the bar to the beach.
Conducting all activities in the activity area with respect and courtesy.
Improving the experience of families and women at the resort.
