Position: HOUSE KEEPING SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, CLIFTON CAMPUS

JOB SUMMARY:

The Housekeeping Supervisor’s job is to assign duties to housekeeping staff, check their work, and handle complaints. The Housekeeping Department manages and ensures that equipment is cleaned and all areas of the hospital are clean, tidy, and hygienic for patients, staff, and visitors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assigning duties to staff and checking their work against cleaning standards

   

• Distributing work between different shifts in an appropriate manner

   

• Providing suggestions for service improvement

   

• Checking the building and indicating the need for repairs or furniture replacement

   

• Training new staff and guiding their performance

   

• Coordinating with other departments

   

• Understanding and implementing health and safety principles

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:

• Good knowledge of cleaning and disinfection techniques

   

• Good time management and organizational skills

   

• Strong verbal and written communication

   

• Computer skills, especially MS Office knowledge

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s + House Keeping Course / Certification.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Shift: Rotational
