An HRBP who will be responsible for driving talent and performance strategies, strengthening employee relations, supporting leadership through coaching and advisory, enabling capability development, and acting as a change partner to foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the organization.
Eligibility:
Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline with 5-7 years of experience.
Experience in both Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries would be an added advantage.
