Position: Merchandiser – Ethnic Wear

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete merchandising cycle from product development to final production.
• Prepare and manage embroidery plans and printing plans for seasonal collections.
• Coordinate with embroidery units, printing vendors, and production teams to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor sampling, approvals, and bulk production processes.
• Maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans and follow up with vendors to meet delivery timelines.
• Work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams for smooth product development.

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in merchandising for ethnic wear in a fashion retail brand.
Strong knowledge of embroidery planning and textile printing processes.
Good understanding of sampling, and production coordination.
Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Merchandising, or a related field.
