SENIOR / LEAD TEXTILE DESIGNERS – WOMEN’S APPAREL

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Textile Design | 5–6 years of experience in textile/fashion design (women’s wear preferred)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop original, trend-driven textile and print designs
• Lead creative direction for seasonal collections
• Translate design concepts into commercially viable products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute collections
• Ensure design quality from concept through to final production
• Mentor and guide junior designers within the team
• Strong portfolio across PRET, Unstitched, and/or Formal wear
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools
• Strong understanding of fabrics, prints, embellishments, and color palettes
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
