COORDINATOR – UTILITIES & MAINTENANCE

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering OR DAE (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) | 2–4 years of relevant experience in utilities or facility management

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage utilities including electricity, HVAC, generators, and water systems
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for maintenance work
• Track utility consumption and highlight inefficiencies
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and service records
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve maintenance issues
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Strong coordination and vendor management skills
• Good problem-solving and reporting abilities
• Proficient in MS Office
