Position: Production Engineer – P1

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, machines and resources to achieve production targets.
• Execute and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plans in line with business objectives.
• Assess plant capacity and propose enhancement plans based on resource availability and demand.
• Ensure timely material movement from inventory to T-1 area as per production requirements.
• Conduct production gap analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain SAP/WMS data, prepare periodic reports and ensure compliance with 6S and safety standards.

Job Specifications

• BS in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial)
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of production planning & control

Position: Production & Planning Engineer (Injection Molding) – P1

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure production counting and daily production reports against order plan by model and machine.
• Compile and analyze production shortages for T-1, T-7 and monthly planning cycles to support effective production control.
• Ensure SFG production confirmation in system against WOC of Injection Molding and maintain updated RM & SFG on-hand stock reports.
• Manage daily material flow including raw material requirement planning, shift-wise movement from inventory, stock issuance to assembly line and consumables arrangement as per production plan.
• Define and maintain packing/stacking standards for new parts and ensure proper tagged storage layout.

Job Specifications

• BS / B-Tech / DAE (Mechanical / Electrical)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Hands on experience of production planning & reporting
• Strong analytical skills for shortage identification and production variance.
