𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗿

The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end merchandising activities, including fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, embroidery, stitching, product development, and production follow-ups at Head Office, Karachi.

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 3–6 years of relevant experience in textile or garment merchandising.

• Strong hands-on experience in fabric sourcing, dyeing, printing, embroidery, stitching, and production coordination.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Manage complete merchandising operations from product development to final production.
• Coordinate with fabric mills, dyeing units, printing vendors, embroidery vendors, and stitching units.
• Follow up on fabric sourcing, approvals, sampling, and production timelines.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout fabric, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and stitching processes.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain departments.
• Handle costing, material planning, and vendor negotiations.
• Resolve production and quality-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare merchandising reports, order status updates, and production tracking sheets.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and production partners.
• Monitor market trends, fabric developments, and production innovations.
