Job Description:
Provide day to day technical support, to all the Kiosks Nationwide.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve Omni related issues.
Support Omni implementation and post go live activities.
Create and follow up, on Omni and system related tickets.
Troubleshoot minor software and access issues.
Escalate issues when required and ensure closure.
Support internal tools such as JotForm, WordPosta and the ticketing system.
Assist users with basic system configurations and usage.
Coordinate with different departments, for issue resolution.
Maintain and update basic documentation, for systems and processes.
Candidate Must Have:
Graduation degree, in related field.
1–2 years of experience in Data Entry Management, Retail/FMCG experience will be preferred.
Strong MS Excel skills.
