Key Responsibilities

The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for managing and monitoring daily rider operations and ensuring efficient delivery performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage daily rider operations on the Talabat platform and ensure smooth delivery performance.
• Monitor rider productivity and work toward daily operational targets.
• Track Rider Late Login and ensure riders follow their assigned login schedules.
• Monitor and improve the Rider Acceptance Rate by identifying performance gaps and taking corrective action.
• Manage rider retention and reduce unnecessary churn through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Monitor important KPIs such as Acceptance Rate, Late Login, OTP, Rider Utilization, and Attendance.
• Coordinate rider onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist with rider training, attendance management, and shift or roster planning.
• Handle rider concerns, escalations, and performance issues through regular follow-ups.
• Develop improvement plans for riders where required.
• Coordinate fleet allocation according to operational requirements.
• Work closely with Talabat and Operations teams to achieve daily performance goals.
• Prepare rider and operational performance reports.
• Take corrective action to help reduce cancellations, delays, and operational losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Talabat requirements, and applicable safety standards.
