Key Responsibilities

The Technical Clerk will receive and record client inquiries, service requests, and maintenance orders. The role includes preparing job estimates, maintaining technical documentation, scheduling technicians, and monitoring work orders until completion. The selected candidate will also update MS Excel tracking sheets, prepare operational reports, and coordinate information between clients, technicians, engineers, and management.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering Support, or a related field. Previous experience in facilities management, MEP, maintenance, or technical services will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential for maintaining records, reports, and maintenance logs.

Candidates should also have good organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage quotations, technical records, customer requests, and work-order follow-ups efficiently.
