Available Positions & Salaries

• Manager: AED 8,000 – 12,000
• Pilates Instructor: AED 6,000 – 9,000
• Beauty Salon Staff: AED 3,500 – 6,000
• Front Desk Staff: AED 4,000 – 6,000

Job Responsibilities

The Manager will oversee daily operations and supervise the center’s team. The Pilates Instructor will conduct individual and group sessions while maintaining professional fitness standards. Beauty Salon Staff will provide quality salon services according to their specialization. Front Desk Staff will welcome clients, manage appointments, and handle customer inquiries.

Requirements & Skills

Applicants should have 4–5 years of relevant experience in their respective roles. A professional Pilates certification is mandatory for the Pilates Instructor position. Candidates applying for management roles should demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities.

English and Arabic bilingual proficiency is mandatory for the Front Desk position. Excellent communication, customer service, organization, and client relationship skills are important for all roles.
