Key Requirements

1. Extensive Luxury Hospitality Experience

Candidates must have at least 15 years of progressive experience managing luxury hotels and resorts, including a minimum of five years in a General Manager position.

2. Hotel Brand Transition and Operational Handover

Applicants should have proven experience managing a hotel or resort brand transition, rebranding, or separation from an international management company. Relevant experience should include contractual handover processes, systems migration, and team transition.

3. Ultra-Luxury Guest Experience

A deep understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations is essential. Candidates should be familiar with delivering high-end service experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

4. International Hospitality Background

International experience in the GCC or wider Middle East is desirable. Experience working in island resorts or remote luxury destinations is also relevant to this opportunity.

5. Educational Qualifications

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. An MBA will be considered an advantage.
