Mento Markets is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join its finance team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is suitable for accounting professionals with at least two years of relevant experience and strong skills in financial reconciliation, bookkeeping, and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage daily bookkeeping, ledger entries, and general accounting activities. Key duties include reconciling bank accounts, payment service providers (PSPs), and payment gateways, processing accounts payable and receivable, checking invoices, and reviewing business expenses.

The role will also involve investigating transaction differences, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing daily and monthly financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures. The Accounts Executive may also assist with external audits and work closely with Payments, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Requirements & Skills

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and have at least two years of accounting or finance experience. Experience in Forex/CFD, fintech, brokerage, or financial services is preferred. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data reconciliation, is important.

Strong analytical skills, numerical accuracy, and knowledge of AP/AR, PSP reconciliation, audit support, and internal controls are required.
