General Manager – Knit Sourcing

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our knit sourcing function, with strong expertise in knitted fabric and garment sourcing within the Pakistan market. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of fabric development, yarns, washes, trims, and garment costing, along with the ability to effectively coordinate with mills, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Strong negotiation skills for pricing, lead times, and supplier management are essential, along with experience working with global brands and meeting international customer expectations. The role also requires identifying new suppliers, innovations, and development opportunities, backed by a strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Fashion/Textile Management, or a related field.

Experience: 12 to 14 years of relevant experience
