Job Announcement: AM – Maintenance & Utilities

Location: Dairy/ Tea whitener Manufacturing Site Based in Lahore

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: BSc. Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience: 3 – 5 Yrs.
• Expertise: Equipment maintenance and Utilities operations

Key Responsibilities

The resource will be liable to:

• Planning and executing preventive maintenance (preventive maintenance) of machines

   

• Supervising maintenance and boiler trial team

   

• Experience in working with industrial chillers, boilers, RO plants, air compressors and water turbines

   

• Testing and maintaining homogenizers, heat exchangers (tubular/plate), pumps and aseptic valves

   

• Experience in budgeting

   

• Knowledge of SAP PM module is first

   

• Monitoring KPIs like OEE, MME, MTTR to evaluate the performance of machines

   

• Using Lean Six Sigma tools for second

Skills Requirements

• Problem-solving
• Project Management (Microsoft Project Management)
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Data Analysis (Excel / PowerBi)
• Lean Six Sigma Tools (Green Belt preferred)
