Position: Senior Executive – Rewards & PMS
Location: Head Office, Lahore

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Skills Required:Strong understanding of Performance Management Systems (PMS), Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis, Knowledge of rewards and compensation practices, Experience in policy development and implementation, Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
