WE ARE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER

• Ensure smooth functioning of all hotel departments.

   

• Conduct daily operations and supervise staff and set weekly targets and assign complete tasks.

   

• Resolve guest complaints and ensure superior customer service.

   

• Prepare, implement and maintain budgets (expenses, income and resources).

   

• Develop sales plans to increase revenue and target key markets and customers.

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s degree in ‘Hospitality Management’, ‘Business Administration Marketing, or a related field is required.

Experience:

• 8 (Eight) years of experience in the management of renowned organizations from the hospitality industry, with exposure to a managerial role.

Location:

• Faletti’s Express (Shimla Hill) Lahore.
