Seeking a strategic, performance-driven Regional Head of Sales to lead revenue growth across our Karachi hotel portfolio, with strong market insight and proven hospitality sales experience.
WE ARE HIRING REGIONAL HEAD OF SALES
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute regional sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share
Oversee corporate, MICE, leisure, and group sales across multiple properties
Build and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and agencies
Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure consistent performance across the region
Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and revenue performance
Collaborate with marketing and operations to enhance brand visibility and guest experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
8-12 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Strong network within corporate, travel, and MICE segments
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage large teams
