Position: AREA SALES MANAGER – RETAIL

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies for retail outlets and e-commerce platforms to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Customer Data Analytics: Use customer insights and data to optimize store performance and tailor sales strategies.
• Training & Development: Implement staff training programs to enhance customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Customer Excellence: Lead customer service initiatives, loyalty programs, and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and outlets, ensuring high performance.
• Inventory Management: Utilize advanced analytics for forecasting sales trends and managing optimal stock levels.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years in retail management, sales, or operations, preferably in multi-location. Proficiency in sales forecasting, customer data analytics, and inventory management.
• Strong team management and motivational skills, with experience in training and development.
