Role and Responsibilities

The Maintenance Manager will oversee the hotel’s maintenance activities and ensure that facilities and equipment remain in proper operating condition. The role includes conducting regular inspections, identifying maintenance requirements, and taking prompt corrective action when issues are found.

The selected candidate will direct maintenance, repair, renovation, and preventive maintenance activities across the property. Responsibilities also include assigning work orders according to priority, supervising employees, scheduling teams, and deciding whether specific work should be completed internally or by external contractors.

Engineering Operations

The position requires maintaining mechanical, electrical, and structural blueprints, diagrams, maintenance manuals, and spare-part records.
