Position: Manager Internal Audit

What your typical day will look like

• Lead end-to-end internal audits covering risk assessment, operational efficiency, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and execute annual audit plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Evaluate financial records, processes, and internal controls to ensure governance and authority compliance
• Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and track implementation through structured follow-ups
• Partner with management, HODs, and external auditors to resolve findings and strengthen controls

What you need to succeed at this role

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 7–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven expertise in audit planning, governance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management
