Position: Call Center / Recovery Executive
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Compliance: Strict adherence to company policies, plans, and strategies.
Call Handling: Making outgoing recovery calls and receiving incoming calls to facilitate customers.
Customer Guidance: Providing information on products and services to new and existing customers.
Recovery Tasks: Following up on payments, confirmations, discounts, and surcharge waivers.
Documentation: Dispatching deposit slips, account statements, and receipts; updating customer information forms.
Performance: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and contributing to team objectives.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry is mandatory.
Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
