Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in manufacturing/footwear/FMCG)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Proficient in MS Office
