Description:

Meralda Jewels is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Store Head to lead its retail operations across the UAE. This position is best suited for professionals with a strong background in the jewellery industry who can effectively manage store performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring that the brand’s standards of excellence are consistently met. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset along with the ability to inspire and manage a retail team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding results
• Ensure high standards of customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics
