Position: ISC Financial Planning Manager

Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end costing frameworks including budgets, forecasts and variance analysis aligned with demand and capacity plans.
• Partner with Sales, Planning and Supply Chain teams to deliver cost insights and decision support.
• Oversee inventory valuation, reconciliation, SLOB identification and write-offs in coordination with Finance.
• Drive cost centre performance through savings initiatives and logistics cost optimization.
• Build and lead the ISC Planning & Analysis team while supporting strategic ISC initiatives.

Requirements:

• A Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in ISC Planning, Costing or Supply Chain Finance, preferably within a textile or manufacturing business.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills with hands-on exposure to cost structures, BOMs and production economics.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Position: ISC Data & Reporting Analyst

• Location: Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore

Job Responsibilities

• Effectively maintain ISC databases to ensure data accuracy
• Build and manage automated ERP data pipelines with IT team
• Develop dashboards for ISC costing, inventory, overheads, and KPIs
• Translate planning and factory control needs into data models
• Prepare monthly ISC management reports
• Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Experience: 2–3 years in data analytics and management reporting
• Technical Skills: Strong skills in Power Query, data modelling, DAX, and dashboard automation; basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail
