Job Responsibilities:

• Providing guidance on financial matters, such as loans, M&A, investments and investment planning.

   

• Establish relationships with banks and financial institutions to maintain contact with banks and financial institutions.

   

• Ensuring working capital requirements, production, and banking limits.

   

• Assisting in the larger strategy, ensuring growth in line with

   

• Portfolio monitoring and reporting to senior management.

   

• Conducting market research, financial analysis and financial modeling, and compliance with laws.

   

• Ensuring compliance with SBP laws.

   

• Leading the finance team, managing the bank’s affairs and ensuring compliance with laws.
