Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil)

  • Must be PEC Registered

• Experience:

  • 7–8+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry

  • Proven exposure to projects related to hospitals, real estate developments, and infrastructure works

Key Responsibilities (Role Overview)

• Oversee design planning, construction execution, and project coordination for institutional and infrastructure projects

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization

• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and feasibility
