Key Responsibilities

The Transport Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating transportation operations and ensuring vehicles and drivers are ready to meet daily and emergency service requirements.

Main duties include:

• Supervising daily transport operations, including ambulance and support vehicle services.
• Organizing transport schedules, routes, and vehicle allocation to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitoring driver performance and ensuring compliance with company policies, UAE road safety regulations, and healthcare transport standards.
• Conducting regular vehicle inspections and coordinating preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Maintaining accurate fleet records, transportation reports, and operational documentation.
• Investigating and reporting accidents, incidents, and other transport-related issues.
• Coordinating timely responses to patient transfer requests and operational needs.
• Training, mentoring, and evaluating drivers and transport personnel.
• Working closely with healthcare teams and other departments to support service delivery.
• Monitoring fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and transportation expenses.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Three to five years of experience in fleet management or transport operations, preferably in healthcare, ambulance services, or related service industries.
