Job Overview:

Punjab Group is hiring an Accounts Officer responsible for executing fund transfers, processing institutional payments, managing payables and receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure smooth treasury and accounting operations.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

• 1–2 years of practical bookkeeping experience in a medium to large-scale organization

Skills:

• Strong understanding of Trial Balance components

• Knowledge of integrated financial accounting systems

• Hands-on experience with Receivables & Payables

• Proficiency in bank payments and electronic fund transfers

• High accuracy in data entry and record keeping

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance

• Practical bookkeeping and accounts handling experience

Responsibilities:

• Execute fund transfer entries as per Treasury instructions

• Process payments for board registrations, examinations, scholarships, and property taxes

• Handle intercompany salary transfers and statutory payments (EOBI, Social Security, etc.)

• Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable

• Maintain organized filing of journals, vouchers, and fund transfer documents

• Monitor fund transfer requests from campuses to ensure smooth cash flow
