Position Overview

Baskin Robbins (BR) is seeking a skilled Manager – Delivery Segment to oversee all delivery operations in Lahore. The role focuses on managing delivery teams, optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring timely service, and improving delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This position plays a critical role in operational excellence, customer experience, and team leadership within the delivery segment.

Job Overview:

Manage daily delivery operations to ensure timely & efficient service.
Oversee delivery vendors and partner relationships.
Analyze delivery performance data to improve speed, cost, & service quality.
Lead and manage the delivery operations team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (preferred)

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or operations management

Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Delivery and operations management expertise
Team leadership and communication
Familiarity with delivery management systems (preferred)

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing delivery operations and vendor relationships
Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements
Strong team management and coordination skills
Proactive approach to ensuring operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

Manage daily delivery operations and ensure timely and efficient service
Oversee delivery vendors and maintain strong partner relationships
Analyze delivery performance data to improve cost, speed, and service quality
Lead and manage the delivery operations team to meet targets
