Position: Innovation & Renovation Lead – Commercial

(Location – HO – Raiwind)

Role Overview

The innovation and design leadership role is responsible for launching new products and improving existing ones. It works closely with marketing, supply chain, production, and technical teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

This is a manager-level role that focuses on getting the job done right and monitoring the team’s performance, rather than just giving out ideas.

• New products started to meet the requirements and renovation projects.

   

• It is time to create and ensure the project schedule.

   

• Work with supply chain, production and technical teams

   

• Monitor costs and profitability

   

• Avoid delays and overspend by anticipating issues

   

• Maintain clear communication with all teams

   

• Then start to monitor product performance.

   

• Work with purchasing on suppliers and costs

   

• Monitor logistics and warehouse expenses

  What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Engineering background with Project Management experience is highly preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or structured corporate environments.
• Proven experience in cross-functional project execution.
