Trainee Librarian

• QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree
• EXPERIENCE: 0- 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain physical and digital archives (LTO tapes, hard drives, memory cards)

   

• Label all materials and maintain appropriate records

   

• Update archive lists by archiving live programs and recorded videos

   

• Coordinate with engineering, transmission and production teams

   

• Preserve and handle archive media with care

   

• Maintain proper naming and documentation of all footage

   

• Provide materials for on-air and internal use

   

• Assist in emergency editing as needed

Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Archives and Records Management or related field

   

• Basic knowledge of digital archive systems and media storage

   

• Understanding of LTO systems and broadcast storage workflows (preferred)

   

• Strong organization or documentation skills

   

• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

   

• Attention to detail and manage records systematically

   

• Basic knowledge of video editing software (preferred)
