Planta Landscaping & Irrigation LLC is currently hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in the United Arab Emirates. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and interim payment certificates while ensuring effective cost control throughout project execution. Additional responsibilities include conducting quantity take-offs from technical drawings, managing contract variations and subcontractor accounts, monitoring project budgets, and preparing valuations and final accounts. The role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field and have 3–5 years of relevant experience in landscaping or irrigation projects. Strong knowledge of BOQs, contract administration, measurement standards, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software are essential. Candidates currently based in Dubai or Sharjah, or those willing to relocate, are encouraged to apply.
