About the Talent & Development Specialist Role

The Talent & Development Specialist will be responsible for coordinating, designing, and delivering effective learning and development programs across the organization.

Working closely with department leaders, the selected candidate will identify training needs, assess capability gaps, and develop targeted learning solutions that support business objectives and colleague development.

The position also involves evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining compliance with training requirements, and ensuring colleagues receive practical learning experiences that align with hospitality and guest service standards.
