Eligibility Criteria

Education: Graduate or Master’s degree from a recognized institution

Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles
Key Responsibilities
-
Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner and respond to their queries effectively
-
Handle all incoming phone calls, answer inquiries, and redirect calls to the relevant departments or employees
-
Manage phone inquiries and complaints with a polite, professional, and customer-focused approach
-
Ensure proper connectivity and smooth functioning of all exchange/telephone lines, and report issues to the concerned department

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries to the appropriate recipients

Verify addresses and ensure proper packing and dispatch of outbound courier packages
-
Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound mail and deliveries
-
Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in daily interactions
