Emirates Logistics is seeking a technically strong and detail-driven Manager – Compensation & Benefits to strengthen and govern our rewards framework in Pakistan. As the organization scales, this role will be critical in ensuring competitive pay practices, robust payroll governance, and effective benefits administration aligned with business needs.
If you bring hands-on expertise in compensation design, payroll oversight, and benefits management and enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders, we’d like to hear from you.
Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
Compensation & Rewards: Strong exposure to salary benchmarking, job grading, compensation structures, and pay governance.
Payroll & Compliance: Proven experience in overseeing payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and audit readiness.
Benefits Management: Hands-on management of medical insurance and employee benefits programs, including renewals and enhancements.
Business Acumen: Ability to partner with HRBP and Finance on rewards decisions, budgeting, and workforce planning.
