Engro Fertilizers is hiring a Manager Production Planning, based at Daharki.

This position involves leading production planning and daily operational tasks, while ensuring full compliance with PSM, EMS, OHIH and other regulations. The candidate is required to monitor operational KPIs, facilitate plant shutdown and startup processes, and handle audits and accident investigations.In addition, problem-solving between different departments, training and skills certification, budget support, energy conservation, and participation in continuous improvement efforts are also part of this role.

Candidates should hold a BE in Chemical Engineering with 10–15 years of relevant experience in plant operations, production planning, and process management within a large industrial setup.
