Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience:
1–3 years experience in IT support or related roles, preferably in banking or financial services

Skills:
Technical troubleshooting
Hardware and software support
Network and system maintenance
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Communication and teamwork

Qualifications:

Experience supporting IT systems in a corporate or banking environment
Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with banking software and digital platforms
Ability to provide efficient technical support to users

Responsibilities:

Provide IT support to bank staff and departments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
Ensure IT security policies are followed
Document IT issues and solutions for reference
Collaborate with internal teams to implement IT projects and upgrades
