Position Overview
Shalimar Foods Limited is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Officer to oversee daily sales operations within a designated geographical area. The role involves managing sales representatives, liaising with distributors, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
This position plays a key role in driving sales growth, strengthening distributor relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of sales strategies.
Job Overview:
We are hiring Territory Sales Officer – Karachi:
• Oversee the daily sales operations of sales representatives assigned to a particular geographical area
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential distributors within the assigned territory
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Area Sales Manager
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in food-related FMCG
Skills:
Sales and territory management
Distributor relationship building
Communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented
Qualifications:
Proven track record in FMCG sales
Ability to manage a team of sales representatives
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sales operations of assigned sales representatives
Act as primary point of contact for distributors in the territory
Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPI metrics
Coordinate with Area Sales Manager for operational updates and reporting
Identify opportunities for market growth and expansion
Support team members in resolving customer or distributor issues
