WE’RE HIRING Deputy Manager Dyeing Sampling

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dyeing sampling programs in line with buyer and merchant requirements.
• Ensure correct shade matching and compliance with required testing requirements.
• Liaise with merchandisers, R&D and production teams for a smooth transition from sampling to bulk production.
• Finalize lab-to-bulk recipes and coordinate with the lab to ensure lab-to-bulk trend consistency and reproducibility.
• Coordinate with the quality team for finished production, addressing quality issues through RCA and CAP.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering or a related field.
• 7-10 years of work experience in dyeing with atleast 3-5 years in sampling or development.
• Strong knowledge of dyes, auxiliaries and textile fibers.
• Expertise in shade matching and recipe formulation.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
