Dicetek is offering an opportunity for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to work with its IB & Global Markets team in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a professional with extensive experience delivering technology projects within Global Markets, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking environments.

Senior Delivery Manager Job Opportunity

The Senior Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering large-scale projects within financial institutions. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Global Markets IT solutions and experience working across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal professional should also be comfortable working with stakeholders, leading teams, managing resources, and handling project issues and changes under demanding deadlines.

Key Experience Required

Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience managing and delivering projects in Global Markets, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking.

The role requires experience with Global Markets IT solutions within large financial institutions, including areas such as:

• Trade booking systems
• Electronic trading platforms
• Risk management systems
• Accounting solutions
• Back-office systems
• Integration with core banking systems

Candidates should also have excellent knowledge of Global Markets products and processes from front to back.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidate should possess a postgraduate degree or relevant qualification in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration.

Relevant experience in a bank or IT company for at least 10 years is required. Candidates should demonstrate a proven record of managing and delivering large-scale Global Markets projects.

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are also important for this position.

Leadership and Project Management

Dicetek is looking for a professional who can work effectively under pressure and deliver projects within tight deadlines. Previous experience as part of a management team in a lead role is required, particularly where the candidate was responsible for planning, resources, issues, changes, and full lifecycle implementation.

A project management certification will be considered beneficial.
