Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will coordinate daily logistics activities and monitor shipment movements to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Responsibilities include following up on customs clearance, transportation, shipping documentation, and delivery schedules. The coordinator will communicate with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate operational records and updating relevant systems.

Requirements & Skills

The position is open to male candidates with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or transportation operations. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, while Malayalam communication skills are also required. Candidates should understand UAE logistics procedures, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping operations.

Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential. Knowledge of MS Office and operational documentation is also required.
