Role Overview:
Transworld is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our network support team as a Trainee TAC. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a passion for telecom and networking to gain hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting network operations. The role will provide exposure to real-world telecom environments and the chance to grow into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance and respond to system alerts

Troubleshoot connectivity issues, IP conflicts, and minor network problems

Assist in resolving complex network incidents and escalate when required

Support network updates, upgrades, and configuration changes

Maintain accurate logs and generate performance reports for management

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless network operations
Requirements:

Minimum graduate in Telecom, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in network support within the telecom industry

Strong interest and understanding of networks and telecom systems

Knowledge of routing, switching, Network Management Systems (NMS), and ISP operations

Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
